Completely. Your inquiry, your question, and your reading are seen only by the practitioner who prepares your report. We do not share, publish, discuss, or reference any client's details — to anyone, ever, under any circumstances.

No. The framework operates on its own analytical structure regardless of your prior position on divination. Many clients engage with the reading as one structured input among several — alongside professional advice, market data, or personal judgment. A Shot of Clarity reports are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Consultation reports are delivered first, with the live session scheduled by appointment. If your inquiry requires additional time, we will contact you by email with an updated timeline. Each reading is prepared individually — not in bulk.

If you feel your reading did not address your question directly, contact us within 7 days of receipt at hengclaritysupport@gmail.com. We will review your inquiry and reading together and, where the shortfall is on our side, prepare a supplementary response at no additional charge. We stand behind every reading we deliver.

Yes — questions about partnerships, relationships, and third parties are common. Readings about another person are most accurate when framed from your perspective: "How should I approach this partnership?" rather than "What will this person decide?"

First, check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails occasionally land there. If it is not there, write to us at hengclaritysupport@gmail.com with your name and the email address you used when submitting the form. Include your Order Reference if you have it (shown on the payment confirmed screen). We will locate your inquiry and confirm your payment status manually.

If payment has already been made, include a screenshot of your Stripe payment receipt as confirmation. We will update your record and ensure the reading is delivered to the right address.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. If your card was declined, you can return to the website, complete the form again, and attempt payment with a different card or payment method. If your card was charged but you were not redirected back to the confirmation page, write to us at hengclaritysupport@gmail.com with your name, email, and the last 4 digits of the card used. We will verify with Stripe and resolve it promptly.

This can occasionally happen if the browser closed before the page fully reloaded, or if the connection was interrupted during the redirect from Stripe. We will verify the transaction and confirm your inquiry status within one business day.

Readings are non-refundable once the reading process has commenced, as the practitioner's time and analysis have already been applied to your inquiry. The Consultation deposit is non-refundable but is applied toward the full session fee. If we are unable to fulfil your reading for any reason on our part, a full refund will be issued without question. If you have a concern about your reading, please contact us at hengclaritysupport@gmail.com before requesting a chargeback — we will always seek to resolve your concern directly.
